Shopping at Suria KLCC Kuala Lumpur

Suria KLCC is a 6-level shopping complex located at the base of the Petronas Twin Towers in Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC). The area is around 1.5 million sq ft (140,000 sq meters). Suria means solar or sunshine in malay, our national language.

Can you see Petrosains near the roof top? Petrosains is an Interactive Science Discovery Centre and modern museum where visitors have experiential fun while learning about the wonders of Science and the history of the pertroleum industry. It is located on the 4th Floor. There are games and activites for adults as well as kids.

Kinokuniya Book Store occupies the 2 upper floors of Suria KLCC and overlooks the pool area. Tanjung Golden Village Cinema and Petronas Art Gallery are located on the 3rd floor, while the Signatures Food Court is on the 2nd floor.

There are many luxury brands for fashion, leather, jewellery and timepieces. Some examples are Jimmy Choo, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Salvatore Ferragamo, Versace, Armani, Calvin Klein, Chanel, DKNY, Tiffany, Bvlgari, Rolex etc.

Isetan Department Store is an anchor tenant at Suria KLCC. Besides Isetan, there is Parkson Grand and Watson's, Guardian and Himalaya pharmacies.

This is my favourite Chili's Grill & Bar on the 3rd floor. Look at the mouth-watering dishes on the table. It is indeed delicious and I like the ambience here too. There also food courts, bakeries, confectioneries, cafes, fast food outlets and international restaurants serving all kinds of food.

This is the entrance to Tanjung Golden Village Cinema. There are 12 screens here with state of art technology for you to watch your favourite blockbusters and latest movies.

This group of visitors are lining up for tickets to the Sky Bridge of the 88 storey Petronas Twin Towers. Tickets are given free of charge but there is a maximum limit of people who can visit the sky bridge for each day. The 58.4 metre sky bridge at levels 41 and 42 links the Twin Towers. This double-decker sky bridge stands at 170 metres above street level. The sky bridge is opened to visitors between 8.30am - 7.00pm every Tuesday to Sunday
The Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre is located at of Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC). Many exhibitions and expos are held here. Other attractions include the Aquaria (aquarium) and Petronas Philharmonic Orchestra.

  1. Kinokuniya is my popular hangout. The bookstore often offers 20% for new arrivals, provided that we purchase another item. If I find one discount item interesting, I would buy it and get a magazine.

I have just posted a few photos of KLCC to my blog. Do drop by ;)

  2. I've been there once, but I didn't do much shopping, I was more interested in taking photos of the exterior!! lol

  3. I have been to Petronas years ago and explored this mall. It really is impressive. happy RT!

  4. Wow! Melbourne certainly doesn't have anything like this - even Sydney doesn't. It is huge and looks like a marvelous place - you could spend a whole day there and still not see it all.
