The following are prohibited:
- Plucking flowers and damaging trees
- Littering
- Public displays of affection, e.g. kissing, embrace, etc.
- Vandalsim
- Pets
- Illegal hawkers and street vendors
- Driving in without permission
- Building of tents and structures
- Fishing at the lake

Our parks have long lists of "don'ts", too. PDA is never on them, though!

Can't say I've ever quite seen a sign like that.
ReplyDeletelast time when i was there, there were no such signs.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely interesting. If they tried to prohibit kissing or pets in our public parks, they'd be thrown out of office within a few weeks, and that would probably be shocking to Malaysians. It's always fascinating to see different cultures.
ReplyDeleteSingapore is a fine city. Malaysia is a forbidden nation.
