The Children's Pool at KLCC Park is a fun place for children up to 12 years old. Children can have fun getting wet and wading in this big pool with cascading waterfalls. They can jump in, splash around and play some water games. Open showers, changing rooms and public toilets are within walking distance.
While children are playing and enjoying themselves, parents and guardians can watch over them under the shade of beautiful green trees. There are plenty of stone and wooden benches to sit down and relax. Some like to picnic here while others take a rest under the peaceful surroundings with swaying palms and picturesque views. You can hear the natural 'symphony orchestra' of birds singing, parents chit-chatting and children shouting and screaming happily. Earth's music that is almost as beautiful and melodious as the late Luciano Pavarotti's singing.
This is a great place for photography too. Standing here, you too can get some of the best shots of the Petronas Twin Towers and the reflective pool with Whale and Dolphins Structures. Just keep to the pedestrian walkways and you won't fall into the water!
The lady in white uniform is a security personnel and she is keeping watch over the pool area. The tall building in front is the Traders Hotel. I think this hotel also provides a shuttle service for its guests to go to KLCC because I saw their buggy at the entrance of Suria KLCC. I want to call this children pool The International Wading Pool because I see adults and children of many nationalities, foreign and local, playing happily here.
The pool opening hours are as follows:
Weekdays (Tuesdays to Fridays) - 10:00am - 7:30pm
Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays - 10:00am - 9:30pm
During school holidays, the pool is open throughout the week.
