Cows Crossing in the City

ABC Wednesday
C is for.....
Cows Crossing in the City

One rarely get to see scenes like this in a city of 1 million people. I photographed this at Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Klang. Perhaps they are heading home to the cowshed after a day of grazing at the Butterfly Park nearby.

Can you spot the 'Urban Cowboy'?
Any more 'Cs' to add?

Today's post is an entry in ABC Wednesday Round 6, the meme initiated by Denise Nesbitt. For more information and photos, please log on to this site.

  1. Yes, we just don't have enough cow crossings in American cities. Maybe we'd slow down a little.

  12. Hi, everyone. Thank you very much for the visit adn nice comments.

Kheng Siong and Wenn. I thought the cows are not allowed here too.
These cows do visit the Butterfly Park at Bukit Tinggi 2 quite often. I have seen them grazing on the grass. Maybe they can act as manual 'grasscutters' to save the local council some money. Then the cow dung, if any will be rich organic fertilizer, the cow manure which is good for the plants at the park. I'm sure the cows live quite far away because this whole area is a housing estate.

  15. In Sibu when I was growing up, they drive few skinny cattles. They were for the slaughter house. The cattle were so skinny that we wonder where they had been.

No wonder most Chinese didn't want to eat beef.

CNY soon, you clean your house? I am not, husband is traveling, nobody to supervise.LOL
